Missions Leadership Team (MLT)

The Missions Leadership Team (MLT) is a group of parents or other OLu-affiliated adults that are mission-minded and invested in the internalization of the gospel message of Christ through the Missions Program. This team is dedicated to using their gifts to support the Missions Program in several ways.

First, the MLT is devoted to praying for all of the activities of the Missions Program and beyond. Second, this team helps provide financial accountability and assistance. Third, they meet every 6 weeks to pray and to help refine and implement the vision of the program. Lastly, each member of the team serves the Mission Program outside meeting times in their own unique way, whether that be in marketing, fundraising, accounting, prayer, serving on trips, coordinating volunteers, or simply helping out with basic office work.
