Purpose of our Faith and Entrepreneurial Business Academy
FEBA provides rich curriculom, effecitive delivery methods and strong business community relationships. It strives to provide students with a hands-on, practical introduction to the world of business management and entrepreneurship. FEBA will help students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the world of business and equip them to influence others and share Christ through their vocation wherever they go after high school - in college, as a business owner, or employee. Students will learn the value and importance of incorporating their Christian faith and ethics into any business venture. They will have the wisdom, skills and heart to make a difference and shine wherever they are.

  • Sophomore Year: Level 1

    FEBA Lunch Meetings: Every other Thursday beginning in the second semester.

    The meetings will serve as a forum introducing basic business concepts, life skills and prepare the student for junior year and the application process.
  • Junior Year: Level 2

    FEBA Workshops: Monday 6:30-8:30 (.25 credit per semester)

    Work Sessions: Monday 6:30-8:30 (.25 credit per semester)
    1. Capstone Project - Seniors will create their own business
    2. Equip them with essential busines software skills by studying Excel & Powerpoint in depth
    3. Job shadowing
    4. Options for dual credit (high school/college) online courses through Concordia University are available for $150 per course.

Academy members will:
  • Learn real world, 21st century skills important for life and business, equipping them to be prepared for college and beyond, and learning a foundation for doing business God’s way.
  • Learn habits that will help them grow, make a difference and stand out wherever they go in the business world – as an owner or employee.
  • Connect with entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.
  • Receive the Career Direct detailed report which assesses their personality, interests, skills and values to help them with career and college planning.  They will discover how God has uniquely designed them. The results of the report will be presented to the student and their parents together in a 2 hour consultation. ($200 value, included in membership)

Founded in 1973, Orange Lutheran High School, is a comprehensive private Christian co-educational college preparatory high school, grades 9-12, that exists to help students internalize the gospel message of salvation in Christ Jesus.
