Ten Lancers Make it Official on National Signing Day
Orange Lutheran honored ten of its student-athletes Wednesday, as they made their college choices official.
Orange Lutheran recognized ten of its student athletes Wednesday morning as a part of National Signing Day, when high school athletes from around nation make the decision where they will play at the next level.
The ten Lancers honored on Friday were introduced by OLu Athletic Director Paul Jones, before varsity coaches Eric Borba (Baseball), Chuck Petersen (Football), Jeremiah Nelson (Soccer), Andrew Mabry (Girls Volleyball) and Steve Miklos (Softball) spoke about each of their respective athletes.
Those athletes are:

Riley Brand - Football - Nevada
JD Pickell - Football - Cornell
Jason Lind - Football - Montana
Jacob Castro - Baseball - San Diego
Kayra Dollas - G.Soccer - Texas
Kelley Montoya - G.Soccer - Wheaton College
Hannah Hirzel - G.Volleyball - Navy
Mattea Zeinstra - G.Volleyball - Trinity University
Desiree Buboi - Softball - Manhattanville College
