Estate Planning

PREPARED FOR LIFE

At Orange Lutheran, “Strengthened by Christ. Prepared for Life.” reflects a commitment that extends well beyond graduation. Being prepared for life includes practicing faithful, biblical stewardship by thoughtfully caring for the people and resources God has entrusted to us.

Estate planning is an important part of that preparation, and it is not only for those with significant assets. If you own a car, have a bank account, or possess other personal property, you have an estate and should have a plan in place.

To support our community, Orange Lutheran partners with Financial Planning Ministry, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting biblical stewardship, to offer an informative seminar on wills and trusts. Participants will also have access to estate-planning document preparation services at no out-of-pocket cost.

This opportunity is available exclusively to members of the Orange Lutheran community, including alumni; parents and grandparents of current students and alumni; and current and former Orange Lutheran employees.

ON-CAMPUS WORKSHOPS

Take the first step toward protecting your legacy at our upcoming workshop, hosted by Financial Planning Ministry.

FPM's mission is to provide quality estate planning services at no cost to you. What's the catch? There isn't one. Orange Lutheran covers the cost of this interactive workshop, and the one-on-one sessions that follow, to empower biblical stewardship. After the workshop, you will be able to schedule an appointment with FPM to begin preparing your estate plan. At the end of the process, you will have complete, notarized documentation of your wishes.

Space is limited, and dinner is provided. We hope you will join us!

I am excited to move forward on our living trust and feel much more equipped to take the next step.SarahOctober 2023 Workshop Attendee
