Wobrock Bible Endowment Fund

The Bible isn’t just a book—it’s a guide for life. For student-athletes at Orange Lutheran, it serves as a source of encouragement, wisdom, and faith, helping them navigate both the victories and challenges they face on and off the field.

Dr. Jesse and Julie Wobrock were called to establish the Wobrock Bible Endowment Fund in 2022, fueled by the desire for every student-athlete to receive the word of God. However, they did not want to be alone in this journey and hope to see the fund grow through generous donor support.

Every OLu student-athlete receives a copy of The Athlete’s Bible, published by Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). This special edition of the Bible includes devotionals, study tools, and insights designed to help young athletes integrate faith into their daily lives and their athletic career. In a world filled with digital distractions, this printed Bible offers a meaningful, tangible way for students to connect with God’s Word.

Beyond our campus, the Wobrock Bible Endowment Fund also supports the distribution of Bibles to young people in Orange County through OLu Missions' Local Engagement outreach. Whether it’s a student exploring faith for the first time or an athlete looking for guidance, your support helps ensure they have access to Scripture in a way that speaks to their journey.

By giving to the Wobrock Bible Endowment Fund, you're making an investment in the spiritual growth of young people, equipping them with biblical truth that will stay with them long after their time at OLu.
