You can find information for requests in MyApps using the Support Center.
 
Timeline: All requests must be submitted two weeks prior to due date. Any design work can take up to 4 weeks for completion.
 
To submit a project, correction, update, or other request, please go to OLu Support Center in MyApps to send a ticket to the MarCom team via Zendesk (select “Marketing” or “Website” as the Department as appropriate).
Please include as many details about the project as possible – the audience, format, intended purpose, and project deadline are key details.
If you are submitting an update or issue with the website, please copy/paste the URL of the appropriate page(s) in your request.
The earlier you can submit your request, the better. We are limited with last minute requests
