Performance & Training

Orange Lutheran’s athletic training facilities are unparalleled at the high school level and continue to rival those of many college campuses.
Our two-story Ellwein Center includes a 15,000 square foot gymnasium serving as the host site for volleyball, basketball, and wrestling matches. This upper gym is where our Lancer family gathers four days a week for chapel, praise and prayer, assemblies, and pep rallies. The lower level of the Ellwein Center includes a second gym and 5,400 square foot Performance Training Center. Featuring the largest weight room in southern California, it is equipped with 16 lifting stations, modern training equipment, and a nutrition center. It also includes a spacious athletic training room complete with a temperature-controlled whirlpool for ice baths as well as modern locker facilities and team rooms.
