Visual & Media Arts

The Visual and Media Arts program at Orange Lutheran provides a rich environment for all students to cultivate their creative talents and develop visual literacy and critical thinking skills. Our artists are recognized for their creativity and craft, and their work continues to be selected and exhibited in local galleries and invitational shows. Recent graduates have continued their studies at the nation's top art colleges including Laguna College of Arts & Design, Otis, Parsons, and RISD.

STUDENT GALLERY

Our department teaching philosophy is built upon the fact that students are created as creative beings (Genesis, Chapter 1). Faculty assist students in embracing their innovative spirits through art projects, field trips, guest speakers, and academic understanding. Our goal is to raise up students to be confident creative thinkers and problem solvers, activating them to be change agents in the world.

Two small figurines, one larger and one smaller, are displayed on a wooden surface against a plain background.
