Tuition & Financial Aid

BREAKING BARRIERS TO PRIVATE EDUCATION. Orange Lutheran’s comprehensive, need based financial assistance program ensures that all Lancers have access to a transformative education - one that prepares and strengthens them for a Christian life of purpose, service, and leadership in a global society.

Through need-based financial aid, Orange Lutheran awards over $4.5 million in tuition assistance each year, helping to ensure that the OLu experience is accessible to as many families as possible. We are committed to meeting each family where they are, so that an Orange Lutheran education can be part of their story.

Financial Aid

When considering an Orange Lutheran High School education, our Financial Aid Committee is dedicated to helping make it a reality. We offer a comprehensive need-based financial aid program, along with a limited number of scholarships, to ensure that all admitted students have the opportunity to attend.

Need-based financial aid is designed to support families who demonstrate financial need by helping cover the cost of tuition. At Orange Lutheran, we are committed to making our Christ-centered, college-preparatory education accessible to students from a wide range of economic backgrounds.

Financial need is determined through a confidential assessment of each family's financial situation, including income, expenses, assets, and other relevant factors. This process is conducted by our third-party provider, FACTS, which ensures an objective and consistent evaluation.

With over $4.5 million in financial aid and scholarships awarded annually, Orange Lutheran remains firmly committed to it's mission of raising up extraordinary young men and women for a Christian life of purpose, service, and leadership. Our goal is to partner with families by offering financial support that bridges the gap between the cost of tuition and what a family can reasonably contribute. Aid is awarded annually and must be reapplied for each school year.

Financial aid applications open on September 1 for the following academic year. All submissions will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee, and any awards will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee, and any awards will be applied promptly to your financial contract.

As a condition of receiving financial aid, each student - or a representing family member - is required to volunteer a minimum of 12 hours at the Orange Lutheran Thrift Shop. Net proceeds from the Thrift Shop directly support the financial aid program, helping to make an Orange Lutheran education accessible to more families.
