Request to Change Schedule

It is imperative to complete the Schedule change form (here) if you have a schedule change request. Contacting your counseling directly, will result in a delay in the process. Please base your request upon the following information.
Whereas every effort is made to ensure that desired courses are available for each student, it is not possible for students to select specific teachers or request a class for a specific period. To maintain proper class size and fairness to all, the computer program randomly assigns students to their selected course. Should there be a "problem" with a schedule, such as missing or incorrect courses, students may submit this form to the Counseling Department by Friday, July 30, 2010. Request forms will be reviewed and prioritized for the following reasons: 1. Incorrect number of classes assigned "too many classes" more than 8; "too few classes" less than 7 for Freshmen through Juniors' or less than 6 classes for Seniors. 2. Incorrect classes listed for the following reasons: Athletics changes, remediations requirements, prerequisite requirements, missing required classes such as Theology or English. NOTE: Counselors will either send a new schedule or you will be contacted by email to schedule a phone appointment based upon the following schedule.
Seniors- Thursday, August 5
Juniors- Friday, August 6
Sophomores- Wednesday, August 11
Freshmen-Friday, August 13
Make-up Day - Monday, August 16
