Pajama Game Cast and Crew Wins Awards
Cast of Pajama Game honored at JRAY Awards with mutiple nominations and five wins

On May 30, members of the Orange Lutheran High School production of "The Pajama Game" were honored with 15 nomininations and 5 wins in the prestigious awards program, the "JRAYs". Officially known as the John Raitt Awards for Youth, the JRAYs are sponsored by the Fullerton Civic Light Opera.
Orange Lutheran celebrated nominations in the following categories:
- Best Supporting Actor – Christian Markling
- Best Supporting Actress – Shannon Glasgow
- Best Comedian – Jordan Goodsell
- Best Comedienne – Lexi Holden
- Best Female Soloist – Sky Dickinson
- Best Male Dancer – Michael Burrell
- Best Choreography-Terry Sohn
- Best Lighting
- Best Crew/Technical Execution
- Best Show
Additionally, the following categories were won by Orange Lutheran:
- Best Costume Concept
- Best Ensemble
- Best Director - Terry Sohn
- Best Comedian - Meagan Reyes
- Best Actor - Zack Zumbeck
Best Actor winner, Zack Zumbeck, will be sent to Broadway to compete nationally in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, a nation-wide competition held by the National Allliance of Musical Theatre Association and sponsored by the Nederlander Family. He will attending five days of musical theatre researhsals, master classes, private coaching and interviews with theatre professionals at New York University. He will then compete against 30 other regional "Best Actors" from participating organizations, like FCLO, on June 29th for the honor of "Nation's Best".
In addition, Orange Lutheran has been nominated for 13 Cappies Awards and will be attending the ceremony on June 6, 2010.
