Courses include: Consumer Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Enriched Algebra 1, Geometry, Honors Geometry, Intermediate Algebra 2, Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Honors Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Honors Pre-Calculus, Contemporary, Calculus, AP Statistics, AP Calculus

Physical Education Department

The Physical Education Department seeks to educate students about the various benefits of physical activity, including health and fitness, recreation, and character development. Starting new in the 2011-12 school year, all PE courses not associated with extra-curricular activities or co-curricular courses, will be taught in online or independent study formats.  The goal of these courses is to promote life-long, healthy behaviors through knowledges of and exposure to overall fitness, nutrition and physical activities.  God created the amazing human body, and we are called to be good stewards of His wonderful gift.

Courses include: Athlete’s PE/Conditioning, Activities PE, Health, Foundations of Fitness, Personal Nutrition, Sports and Activities, Athletic Training, Independent Study Physical Education

Science Department

The Science department provides a broad and challenging curriculum that strives to meet the needs of students with diverse career goals by: seeking to develop in students a greater awe toward our Creator and an appreciation of the world which God created; enabling students to become scientifically literate to make responsible, God-pleasing decisions; involving students in problem solving, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and verbal and written communications; expecting each student to conduct independent research and develop the ability to logically criticize their results and be able to defend or modify it; developing in students an appreciation of science as an investigative process rather than as merely a body of knowledge.
