Opportunities for Support

Limitless opportunities exist for supporting Lutheran High School. We invite you as families, alumni, foundations, and corporations to equip our students with the tools necessary to achieve academic, athletic and artistic excellence through your gifts.

Annual Fund

Tuition and contributions from association congregations do not cover the full cost of excellence in an Orange Lutheran education. All of the essential elements that combine to produce well rounded Christian men and women of character far exceed the revenue from tuition income. Annual fund contributions help Lutheran High School bridge the gap to make sure our students have the resources they need to maximize their God-given gifts.

Scholarships

Of all gifts, financial aid can truly make the difference in the life of one of our students. Gifts of this kind allow students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to receive a Christian education in an exceptional academic and social environment.

Student Programs

Lutheran High School works to look beyond just the basic needs of its student body. Innovative educational programs and unique co-curricular activities provide resources and opportunities for our students to excel both inside and outside the traditional classroom. Donors have the opportunity to designate their gifts to the program of their choice. Gifts to these programs support our expanding curriculum, Lancer Athletics, the Arts and Nechita Center performances, the Resource Program, and other student-focused organizations and initiatives.

Unrestricted Gifts

To support LHSOC’s mission, unrestricted gifts may be applied to improvements in technology, facility enhancements, and infrastructure development. These compose the framework on which we nurture the spiritual, intellectual, physical and social growth of our students.

For more information on any of these giving opportunities or other development questions, please contact Betsy Leichtfuss Kunau, Director of Development, at betsy.kunau@lhsoc.org or (714) 282-4616. We urge you to look at < Make to How>for giving methods.
