o    Microsoft Office 2000, XP, 2003, or more current version*(includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
o    20GB hard drive or larger
o    E-mail address
o    Internet service provider (ISP) account
o    Headset and microphone for foreign language courses

*Mac Users:  You have to use Microsoft Office.  You cannot use the Mac equivalents, such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers etc.
