Orange Lutheran High School, and its Board of Directors, provides significant funding for need-based financial aid.  Applications may be submitted by all interested families and will be considered equally, regardless of church affiliation.

 

The online financial aid application process will begin shortly.  Join us at our Prospective Student Open House on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 when we will be hosting a representative from FACTS Financial Aid who will be discussing the financial aid process in detail.  (We will meet in the boardroom after the program in the Nechita Center has ended.)  If you were not able to attend our Open House and have questions regarding the financial aid process, please contact the Admissions Office at 714/998-5151 x603.

 

To begin, login to www.factstuitionaid.com.   Select the ‘Applicant Sign In’ button, and then ‘Create an Account’, and begin the application.   After completing the online application, you will need to mail or fax supporting documentation (tax returns, W-2’s, etc.) as requested. 

 

For all new applicants, if the application is submitted by January 31, 2012, the tax return information for 2010 will be accepted. Please note that FACTS Financial Aid may give an automated response asking for the 2011 return, even to those applying as new students, however they will accept the tax return from 2010 for those who qualify. Additional information may be necessary. Effective February 1, 2012, current year tax returns (2011) will need to be provided. 

 

FACTS Financial Aid analyzes all of the data provided to them, and determines a ‘suggested family contribution’.  That information is then given to Orange Lutheran High School, who computes the total financial aid award.  If you have questions about the online application or need assistance in completing the online forms, please call 866-315-9262 or e-mail to help@factstuitionaid.com.  Ms. Debbie Doyle in our Student Accounts Office can be reached at 714-998-5151 x.667 or via email at debbie.doyle@lhsoc.org.
